THINGS TO CHECK BEFORE LOGGING A SERVICE CALL

• Has there been a power cut

• Is the unit plugged in and switched on

• Has a circuit breaker tripped 

• Is the system iced up

• Is the system on a defrost cycle

• Has the system just been loaded

• Has the door been left open

• Is the condenser clean

• Is there any unusual noises
